We’ve taken our dogs here for the past 15 yrs. I wouldn’t take them anywhere else! A lovely bunch of vets, nurses, admin and everyone else who works there. Extremely compassionate when we had to say goodbye to our previous dog. Can’t recommend them enough!

We changed from Another practice to here and they have been fantastic. They are so kind, friendly and helpful. They also saved my dogs life. They provide as much support to the human as the animal.
I am updating this as my medical assistance dog has been very poorly for the past year, the team and especially Matt our regular vet have gone above and beyond. They are absolutely fantastic! Highly recommend.

Ever since our first dog way back in 1982 all our pets from tiny pets (rats, hamsters etc), our first ever cat have always been cared for by Garston. They have been helpful and compassionate.
They have separate waiting areas for cats and dogs. They offer wellness plans which save money on routine health checks and discounts on prescriptions. (Things not covered by insurance plans) Staff from reception, nurses and vets are happy and good at putting your mind at rest.

We’ve been so devastated about our dear cat reaching the end of his lovely long life but you have made the whole process feel very calm and personal and we really can’t thank you enough. Both my fur babies had their boosters on Thursday with Sian Naylor. Great care and attention were taken with both my cats as it was a usual feeling to have to stay outside.
My oldest cat had lost a little weight and Sian suggested some senior high calorie food which we collected the next day. Tricks absolutely loves it and we can see the benefits already. Thank you very much.

Both my household pets and farm animals have been treated with utmost care. All advice has been honest and clear with no doubt that they only want what's best for the animal. They enable me to make informed decisions when at times I've felt very unsure and needed support. The vets give you plenty of time to talk on the phone which I've never experienced elsewhere and their passion and dedication shines through. Thank you, Garston team.

We switched just after the lockdown and we can’t fault them. Have visited both the Frome and Trowbridge practices. Always friendly and love the Facebook photos of the animals that come through certainly a nice touch.

We had to say goodbye to our lovely boy Oscar yesterday. It was a comfort to know he was in the best hands with genuine care surrounding him. Thank you to Brin for his calm manner and keeping us informed. Thank you to the kind reception & nursing team for looking after us all.

We've had experiences in the past of other vets fobbing off the very tiniest animals, but they cleaned, treated and provided medication and a follow up appointment. Both vets we saw were very professional and able to reassure their very scared, very uncomfortable patient and the reception staff were helpful throughout.

We required emergency assistance and everyone we dealt with (receptionists, nurse and vet) were outstanding. They were efficient, kind and helpful. As a vet myself I understand the challenges of emergencies- especially those that happen out of hours. Well done Garston Vets- you rock!

We have seen Sian this morning and cannot recommend her enough. Always takes the time to look after our dogs and thoroughly cover each ailment we may be there for. Nothing is too much and no question is stupid to ask. Her knowledge and kindness make her a true asset to Garston’s Veterinary group. To also the lovely ladies on reception this morning at Westbury - It is always nice to be greeted and treated like part of the family. You are both a credit to Garston’s. Thank you.

I've had two cats with Garston over a period of 18 years. Our cat Florrie was put to sleep on Monday totally out of the blue after being diagnosed with cancer. Alex the vet there could not have been more nurturing and caring. They even sent us a card for our loss, which in my opinion they did not have any obligation to do, so thank you.
