Gemma Smith

Gemma began working for Garston Veterinary Group in 2003 as a nursing assistant, after completing a 3-year course in Animal Care at Lackham College. She completed her three years of training to become an RVN in 2008, and then became senior nurse in 2013, before moving up to Assistant Nurse Manager in 2015. Since becoming an RVN, she has completed certificates in dentistry and emergency & critical care. Gemma finds her job interesting, fun and very rewarding, and enjoys all areas, especially emergency pet care.
