How you can use the PetsApp chat facility
The PetsApp chat facility is similar to a text message; you can send messages at any time of the day and we will respond within opening hours when we are able to do so.
This facility is perfect for:
- Ordering food and repeat medications
- Asking questions
- Sending pictures of issues to review or triage
- Discussing anything non-urgent
- Booking non-urgent appointments
We always recommend a phone call if your pet has an urgent issue that needs dealing with straight away so please don’t use the PetsApp chat facility in an emergency.

How we can keep you updated via PetsApp:
We can use the chat facility to send you updates if your pet is with us for the day for monitoring or having a procedure. We understand how worrying it can feel to be separated from your pets so our clients love the reassurance of a photo or video to show how they are doing.
Payments
Anytime, anywhere payments are the most convenient way to deal with vet bills. We can send you a simple payment link which you can pay on your phone using ApplePay™, GooglePay or a debit/credit card.
