Aimee Leonard BA VetMB MRCVS

Aimee graduated from Cambridge in 2023 with an intercalated degree in biological/biomedical sciences and veterinary medicine. She moved back to the South West, which is where Aimee grew up, to start work at Garston Veterinary Group. Aimee is really looking forward to all aspects of small animal work, particularly surgery and diagnostic imaging.

Outside of work she loves to run, hike and wild camp my way around the countryside.

Daisy Cochrane-Dyet BVSc MRCVS

Daisy graduated as a vet from the University of Bristol in 2023. She has since moved to Bath, having grown up in Kent. Daisy is looking forward to all aspects of small animal general practice but has a particular interest in emergency and critical care. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, camping and playing netball. 

Jenna Marshall

Julie Callen

Julie started working at Garston Veterinary Group in November 2022, after spending 13 years as an HLTA in a primary school. She is a trained florist and has previously worked as cabin crew for Caledonian Airways, which allowed her to travel the world. Julie has always been fond of pets since childhood and currently has a Collie X Retriever named Bobby, while her son has a leopard gecko named Echo. In her free time, Julie enjoys gardening, doing jigsaw puzzles, and taking walks with Bobby.

 

Hazel McCrone

Hazel joined the Garston team in 2023, after running her own 5 star rated doggy day care and boarding business for several years. In her spare time, Hazel plays rugby and she is also a massive Harry Potter geek.

Helen Daley

Helen joined Garston in June 2023 after almost 11 years working in a convenience store. She has always had a love of animals and wanted to pursue a career working with them. She grew up in Chard, where she was around dogs from a young age and has competed in dog agility in the past. Helen has also completed a BTEC National Diploma in Animal Management. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her partner and their three cats, going on walks and cycle rides, reading, puzzles and quiz nights.

Felicity Southam

Felicity studied the Level 3 Advanced Technical Extended Diploma in Animal Management and in Agriculture at Lackham College. She had previously worked on farms, calf rearing, assisting with lambing season and generally enjoying working with animals of all shapes and sizes!

Felicity loves to spend time at home with her various collection of animals and enjoys looking after her two sheep, that she reared from lambs. There are also 2 dogs, 4 cats, a horse and her newest addition, a Corgi puppy named Lyla. Felicity also enjoys photography and loves to take photos of animals and concerts.

Madeline Marden

Amelia Fenwick

Amelia was a qualified hairdresser for 4 years before deciding that she wanted a career with animals, so decided to change jobs, which also allowed her more time with her horses, friends and family.

She has grown up around dogs, cats and horses and loves spending time riding out and doing fun things with them. Amelia is really enjoying her role at Garston as General Assistant and loves working with our team.

Rosie Bailey RVN

Rosie graduated from Hartpury University with a Veterinary Nursing science degree in 2017. Since then, Rosie has travelled to Australia, where she worked as a veterinary nurse, caring for the local wildlife. Originally from South Wales, Rosie relocated to Wiltshire in 2021 and recently joined the nursing team at Garston Veterinary Group. Her favourite aspects of nursing are inpatient care, exotics and wildlife nursing. Rosie is currently studying a post grad certificate in medical nursing. In her spare time, Rosie volunteers for the British Divers and Marine Life Rescue as a marine mammal medic, she enjoys exploring the local countryside and travelling.
