The Garston Veterinary Group is an exciting and forward looking practice where we truly believe our success is dependent on the people we employ.
We are a large and successful privately owned veterinary partnership with strong professional and support teams providing a high quality service to our farm, equine and companion animal clients.
We aim for the highest standards in our clinical work and animal care and we are proud of the open and supportive working atmosphere in the practice, and the strong team working this promotes. The practice is committed to investing in the training and development of all of our employees and we currently hold the Investors in People award as a mark of this commitment.
This environment encourages staff to remain with us, and many of our staff have worked within the practice for a large number of years and now occupy senior positions in our team. Although our staff turnover is low, the practice is continuing to grow, and we do occasionally have vacancies for new team members. If you share our vision of providing outstanding veterinary care to all of our clients and their animals why not contact us to tell us what skills you could bring to our practice? Even if we don’t currently have a vacancy we will hold your CV and contact you when a suitable position arises. All speculative applications should be sent in using this form Submit CV. We also list any specific vacancies on the ‘Current Vacancies’ page.
We have open days at the surgeries from time to time, and these are a great opportunity to find out more about the careers of the professionals who are available to chat to on the day, and to find out what it is like to work for us.
We are happy to receive work placement requests from school and college students. Please be aware that we are usually book up far in advance and placements are very limited. We also welcome Veterinary students from across the UK.
